About TourSplit - Amman’s Tour Sharing Platform

TourSplit is a tour booking and fare-splitting platform based in Amman, Jordan. We created TourSplit because we saw a gap in how travellers get around Jordan: public transport to major attractions is limited and unreliable, while private taxis and tour operators charge high prices that solo travellers and backpackers cannot easily afford.

Our solution is simple. We connect travellers who are heading to the same destination on the same day, let them share a comfortable vehicle, and split the cost equally. The result is that you get the convenience and comfort of a private car at a fraction of the price.

What We Offer

We operate day trips and transfers from Amman to all of Jordan’s most popular destinations, including Petra, the Dead Sea, Wadi Rum, Jerash, Ajloun, Madaba, Mount Nebo, Wadi Mujib, and the Desert Castles. We also provide 24/7 airport transfers between Amman and Queen Alia International Airport.

Every tour is available in two formats. Split tours let you share the ride with up to 3 other travellers and pay only your portion of the cost - as little as 25% of the total price. Private tours give you the entire vehicle exclusively for your group, with options for both cars (1–4 passengers) and vans (5–7 passengers).

Why We Started TourSplit

Jordan is home to some of the most extraordinary places on Earth - the ancient city of Petra, the otherworldly desert of Wadi Rum, and the healing waters of the Dead Sea. But getting to these places as an independent traveller has always been expensive and complicated. Hotels in downtown Amman offer informal shared tours with unpredictable schedules, and public buses only serve a handful of routes.

We built TourSplit to solve this. A transparent, reliable, and affordable way to explore Jordan from Amman - with the booking convenience of a modern app and the savings of shared travel.
